Incoming email reply to all watchers automatically or update workpackage

Use case: When a bug is created, it has many watchers, assignee, accountable users, and an email notification is sent to all individuals. Whenever one of the users replies to the email how can I ensure that the replied mail is received by all users involved in that workpackage? Thanks in advance.

Hi Suruj,

you can't email directly to the people/roles mentioned above but you can use the incoming emails feature to either add a comment or change the work package:
