Ubuntu 18.04 Community Edition - Enable at boot

I've looked around and searched - but can't seem to find the proper instructions for enabling OP on boot. 

Is it as simple as a systemd record - or is there more to it? As of my first reboot I had to start the web server and DB manually.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

This will be done automatically in case the package based installation is used.
