View ALL Projects Overview - how to add Project Owner

View ALL Projects Dashboard - shows Name Status Public Created On Latest Activity

Anyone know how to add Project Owner 

I have seen a few pages on the open project site show Project Owner on the all projects overview page but i can see where to add or show that

Dear Mitch,
I assume you refer to screenshots like this one?

These are project custom fields. However, this feature is restricted to Enterprise on-premises and Enterprise cloud. If you don't use it already you can start a free trial at start.openproject.com (Enterprise cloud) or at https://www.openproject.org/enterprise-edition/ (Enterprise on-premises).
