Dear OpenProject-Team,
is it possible to disable or hide fields in Project configuration. It is possible to remove custom fields for sure, but we like to hide "Identifier", "Status" and "Status description", so we don't want to use or change them at all.
Thanks for your help :)

Hi Marco,
However, I am not an OP team member, but the answer here is 'yes'. :)
I believe there are two ways to do it.
Through administration, you can set the default fields for all workpackages. steps:
But then you can customize each work package list, steps:
Always save after.
That's all what I know, maybe someone else would write more.
Cheers,
Piotr
Just came back to this problem again and I like to leave a hint for everybody else who starts to try the above detailed answer.
@Piotr: Thank you for your very detailed answer on how to customize on "work package" level.
Unfortunately, my question was about the "project preferences" -> project "setting" page of each project, not work package-based settings.
Dear Marco,
the standard project attributes you mentioned can't be disabled or deleted.
What you can do is remove the respective columns in the projects overview ("View all projects") (https://docs.openproject.org/user-guide/projects/#view-all-projects).
Kind regards
Matthias
