Add standard work package view, shown in sidebar

Hi, 
I need to add a standard work package view that shows all packages, not only "All open". 

I know that personalized views can be defined and saved on a project-specific basis. Instead, I need this new view as the default for all projects, which is preferably added to the sidebar.

How can this be done?

this is not possible yet. Here's the respective feature request: #31423 . Please feel free to leave a comment there with your requirements and use case.
