[solved] Issue in email notification messages

Added by Laurent Kummer over 9 years ago

Hi there,
I just managed to install a brand new instance of OP3 on a Debian 7 dedicated server with its own domain name.
Works fine but the link in the emails notification (like on the work package name) points to a http://localhost:3000 URL which is obviously not what I’d like to.
Did I miss something in the config steps?
Or is it something in the Debian config?
Many thanks for your help!

Laurent

Hi Laurent,

you can configure the hostname in the following menu: Administration -> Settings -> General -> Host name

FYI: you can find further settings in the “Email notifications” tab.

I hope this helps :)

cheers,
Philipp

Fast and easy… I was so sure I changed that in the first place but I probably forgot to hit “Save”…
Thanks!
