How to get notification email not labelled as spam ?

Added by Benoit PETIT-DEMOULIERE over 4 years ago

ello,

I've got a perfectly working OP working, sending email notification as it should, but most of the users get them in the spam folder.

What is the best way to set-up the email, in order to have it considered as 'safe' by the email boxes (outlook/exchange recipients mostly)

I've used smtp with SSL, from ovh or gmail, with no luck. Always send perfectly but always considered as doubtful sender (may be due to the fact that you can change the sender email adress, and also need to switch on the "less-secure" option in Google account to use the smtp.

Thanks a lot.
