Problem loading overview after migration

Hi all,

I'm triing to migrate from OpenProject 8.1.0 (Mysql2)  to OpenProject 10.6.5 (PostgreSQL). I installed the newest version directly from the OpenProject repos (Suse 12) and it works properly (the Overview page apperas correctly):

Initial deployment

I used this doc, https://docs.openproject.org/installation-and-operations/misc/packaged-postgresql-migration/,  to do the migration and it seems to works fine, all the project data is correctly imported and no errors appears in the process, but when I log into the new OpenProject, nothing is showed in the overview page of both projects,neither imported projects or new created projects. Missed the "+" button too.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
