Filter by Work Package Type and also show all children of the packages that match that type

I have a Work Package type called "Order". I would like to create a View that show all Orders and their child work packages, even though they are not of the type "Order." Is that possible? If so how?

P.S. Yes I know I can create a filter that just shows orders. my problem is I can't find a way to show the child packages of those Orders.
