Hi,

I wonder whether I can define that a WP can only be changed from "New" to "In progress" if certain dependencies are resolved. 

Example workflow:

1. Pick flowers
2. Select vase
3. Arrange flowers in vase

(3) requires (1) and (2) to be completed. I would like to prevent (3) from being changed to "in progress" based on the status of (1) and (2).

Also, I would like to run an action based on the status of (1) and (2), like "If (1) and (2) are "closed", change status of (3) to "in progress".

Is that possible?
