Database restoring

Hi 

I received below message after restoring the database, I followed the instruction of installation , backup and restoring exactly and receive below message when finish the restoring process. can somebody help on this? 

Internal error

An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.

If you continue to experience problems please contact your OpenProject administrator for assistance.

If you are the OpenProject administrator, check your log files for details about the error.

I saw this error message when I try to access http://localhost:8080

Please append the error logs from your application when you encounter an internal error. Here's how to do it for all on-premises installations of OpenProject: https://docs.openproject.org/installation-and-operations/operation/monitoring/#show-logs

Your database is not working correctly. It appears to be missing (some) of the tables.  Which is confusing since your output also contains a full migration log that appeared to have worked fine.

does this mean the dump file was not properly created?
