Modify Estimated time in Work Package

Hello,

I am new to OP. I am trying to find a way to modify the estimated time of a work packaged I already created. When I try to update the WP, the boxes for estimated time, start date and due dates are all grey. Is there a setting somewhere that I have to change to get those options to be able to be modified?

I found the issue. I create a WP hierarchy and was trying to modify the estimated hours on phase higher up the hierarchy. I see now it takes the estimated hours from the children in the hierarchy.
