OpenProject with load balancer?

We have a load balancer with a different URL to the host name in front of our OpenProject server. OpenProject needs the host name to generate links correctly and then automatically takes it back into the URL. Is there a way to set the loadbalancer URL as hostname? OpenProject runs with us as a Docker Container on 2 sides.
