Community Edition Email Notification Issue

Hello,

I'm new here, so if I commit any error please forgive me.

I’ve installed the community edition of Open Project in my on premises Sever and also configured the SMTP. I’m able to get test mail but unable to get any Email notification for any event on all my projects.

So can anyone tell me whether it is available in Community edition or not.

Did you add User(s) as Members to the applicable project(s)? 
Are the User(s) emails setup correctly? 
Did you check your SPAM filters on your email server/application?
