Restrict time entries for parent task

Added by Martin Ondrejka almost 5 years ago

Hi, is possible somehow restrict time entries for "parent tasks"? I like to use parent task more like "group" of tasks in specific work package. Is this possible? I like this "group of tasks" to be also invisible in public views, when subtask is assigned to somebody.

You can use e.g. the task type "User Story" and remove in the administration section under "form configuration" the  "spent time" from this type.

Hello, thank you for your answer. I have tried it, but it does not work that way. "spent time" was removed from configuration form. Am I doing something wrong?

same for me - seems to be a bug or the idea of restricting time entries via form configuration is the wrong way....
