Problem With Email Notifications

Hello.

I am facing problems with Email notifications. The system is not sending any notifications. When trying to send notification on new user creation, system showing message that the email was send successfully, but the mail is not delivered.

The SMTP settings is proper as the Test Email is delivered properly.

Can any one guide me to solve this issue.

OS: Ubuntu 18

OpenProject 10.6.1
