Custom Work Package Categories (All Projects)

We would like to create the same list of Project Work Package Categories across all projects. Is there a way to create the same list across all projects? 

Perhaps a script that can be run at a database level, if it can not be done with the OpenProject GUI/Interface? 

I see there might be a feature enhancement similar to this already?
