Project filter in time spent widget (my page)

Added by Antoine M almost 5 years ago

Dear Open project team,

I have a lot of project whose work packages have similar names. When my team tries to log time from their personal time tracking widget, they can't find the right WP from the right project since there is no way to sort WP by projects. Is there a workaround for that or any improvement planned for this widget?

Thanks

My suggestion would be to try and make the WP name unique enough or add a 2-3 digit code or small phrase representing the specific project it belongs to? When entering time, you can start to type generic words and the associated WP(s) will show on the list. You can also type the specific WP task number also, if your people know what specific task(s) are assigned to them?
