Testing translation

Hello,

we are tying to test our Slovenian translation but we have problmes due to lack of knowledge. We tryed to follow these steps here: https://gist.github.com/machisuji/830f30d9c75c3a0cc6a9da839c40a847?fbclid=IwAR0T4JbM6HEaF4nedAOa78xWP9sPGX0RnAiVu4WSL-R0rigbBzFq8r_KKGE

But we still couldnt make it beacuse we are getting errors that docker name is already taken and at i do not understand step 2, simply put we just dont have enough knowledge but we are eager to learn. Is there anyway that some1 could offer some of his/her time to help us figure this out as soon as possible as project deadline is getting closer?
