I'm looking for a project management software for my team. But At my first try, I’m not able to find the time setting when you create a task. We need it, because some task we have to create are measurement steps and need to be done at exact time.

Example : 

Measure step 1, 27/04/2020 at 09 :30 assigned to John.

Measure step 2, 30/04/2020 at 13:45 assigned to Maria.

Have I not looked at the right place?
