Private messages

Added by Tomaz K about 5 years ago

Hello,

we are trying to use openproject as our project management system and our ticketing system to communicate with our customers. Currently our main obstacle is that there is no concept of "private" message within a project, so that we could communicate within a group and hide that communication toward the customer belonging to another group (on the same ticket).

Current solution is to create a duplicate ticket in different project but that is not ok to much administration and it can easily happen that you write to wrong project.

Does anybody have any alternative/suggestion on how to approach a "helpdesk" problem ?

Regards,
Tomaž
