Custom Fields, Activities (Time Tracking)

Ok, perhaps I am missing something here, but we added a new "custom field" under the "Activities (Time Tracking)" section as a "list", but it is not showing up anywhere in the "Log Time" window for any of the work projects? We tried to set it as "required" but that did not help. Not sure if we are missing some steps or this is a bug? 

We are currently using OpenProject 10.4.1.
