Archive Work Project or KanBan Task after completion

After a Work Project or KanBan/board task has been completed, is there a way to "archive" the project so it is no longer shown on any lists? We do not want to "delete" the item for historical reasons.

I see there is an ability to Archive a Project.. but not a Task/Work Project:
