Hello,
I cannot sign in anymore into my system. Even if I click on forgot password and reset it I still have error message " Invalid user or password or the account is blocked due to multiple failed login attempts. If so, it will be unblocked automatically in a short time. "
Do you have any ideas ? Ihave tried also procedure with console for admins but same issue.
Is there a way to unlock user via console or command ?

We periodically receive the "Invalid" message too... here is what I received from Support, in case it helps:
• Thanks for getting in touch with us. Unfortunately there is no option to unblock users. If someone got blocked, after 30 minutes the account will get unblocked and you can try signing in again. Here is how to reset your password: https://docs.openproject.org/getting-started/sign-in-registration/#reset-your-password
• If a user gets a message like "Invalid user or password or the account is blocked due to multiple failed login attempts. If so, it will be unblocked automatically in a short time." then that doesn't necessarily mean that they are blocked. This always displayed. Even if the password is just wrong. So one might just use the same password. If you do set the limit to 20 it does give you 20 chances to login right.
• [Q] If it is an “emergency”, then we can set the timeout limit to “0” (disable), then reset it to the default (15 minutes) to “reset” the lockout?
As for the reset. You can indeed also just set the minutes to 0 or the number of allowed failed login attempts (as shown in [automated-user-blocking.png]) to 0 temporarily and any blocked user will be able to login right away.
