Custom data during custom actions

Hello All

I am coming from JIRA. I used to define a custom transition in JIRA that would also allow me to collect certain information/fields during the transition. For example, when a member clicks on "Start Work", a popup would be shown which contains ETA and Comments fields. The user has to enter those fields to complete the "Start Work" action.

I dont see any such provision in Open Project Cloud Edition. Am I missing something?
