Work Package Tracking Tab Missing

Hi everyone,

Please help in finding Work Package Tracking tab. I use the cloud verison!

In the documentation it says that the tab is under: Modules -> Administration and choose Settings.

_But can't find Modules in the first place. _

Hi Alexander,

there's been a remodel in the administration structure, you will find the settings under Administration > Work Packages now.

Thank you for your answer. The required setting is now found!

May I ask you a related question?

The setting I was intersted in is:

Calculate the work package done ratio with … defines how the Progress % field is calculated for work packages. If you choose “disable”, the filed will not be shown. If you select “Use the work package field”, the Progress % field can be manually set in 10% steps directly in the work package attribute. If you opt for „Use the work package status“, the Progress % field is chosen based on the status of a work package. In this case a % done value is assigned to every status (for example, “tested” is assigned 80%), which is then adapted if the status changes.

I've set the value "Use the work package status" here. And what I expected, according to the description above, to see the progress of the work package to be 100% once I change its status to "Done". But the progress remains 0%.

Since I have just 3 status - New, In Progress and Done and Done is the status which I added myself (it did not exist by default)

I suspect that the system just does not know how deal with my statuses when it comes to calculation of the progress.

What I am doing wrong? How to cinfigure it properly so that I can see the progress changing when status is changing?

The setting is here:

Administration -> Work Package Statuses -> "Edit your status" -> Progress (%)
