Custom fields formating as a number

Hi All!

I'm using lots of custom fields. If I set its type to integer / double , is it possible to display their values with thousand separators?

For example my custom field's value is 123456, so displayed text should be: 123,456 and aligned to right.

yeah, I had the same issue with numbers... I even tried to google it, but there was no result... Maybe I do do it in the wrong way -_-
