Knowledge base

Hi. I would like to ask for an inspiration, how OpenProject could be used as a knowledge base. I would like to have dedicated functionality, so I created new package #32077. As we all probably want as useful product as possible, it would be good to share some ideas, tips for improvement, etc.

Would be useful to know, HOW are you using OpenProject as knowledge base now.
