Periodically, during the work day, at random times, there is no response from OpenProject that is running on a t2.small EC2 instance. Checking the instance's statistics, it is noticeable that the CPU Usage spikes to 100% and stays at 100% for EXACTLY 5 minutes.

Checking OpenProject's logs with openproject logs, I do not see anything of critical note around the time period that the instance locks up. For instance, I see an INFO severity messages same as previous in the log file when no "lockup" occurred.

Is this an OpenProject issue or an issue with the EC2 instance?

For reference, on average, the CPU Usage stays at < 3% during normal operations.

OpenProject 10.3.0 (PostgreSQL) is the version that's running.
