New Openproject installation and slow performance

Hey Guys,

I have successfully managed to install Openproject v10.3.0. and I have an issue with the response of the system there seems to be a lag in loading pages etc. I have been asked to install the system and I have no idea where to start to improve performance. What do you need me to supply.
