OP in a subdirectory

Hi guys 

I am trying to install in a subdirectory http://1262.ddns.net/openproject as you can see I just get listing... I have used the auto installer based on site bit I think it's broke. Is there a single 100% working guide I can use as I have had no help from the support boards and confused with different Google results
