Repository not found

I need some help with a repository.  I am able to view the repository through the tap in openproject, but when I attempt to clone it, I receive the repository not found. 

The URL for the git repository it http://project.carmonnetwork.com/git/robkknights-2019-2020.git

The directory is /opt/openproject/app/gitrepos/RoboKnights2019/.git

The httpd log shows

[Tue Dec 03 20:34:21.078699 2019] [cgi:error] [pid 54636] [client 192.168.1.10:59488] AH01215: Not a git repository: '/opt/openproject/app/gitrepos/robkknights-2019-2020.git'

a completely different directory.

I am completely at a loss on this and a production.log is not being generated.
