[docker] [OP 10.2.1] How to do backups in docker infrastructure

I try to do backup for our Openproject instance.
In manual there is information that We should backup folder /var/lib/openproject

( https://www.openproject.org/operations/backup/backup-guide-docker-installation/ )

but in Official image for version 10.2.1 this folder not exist.

What folders should I backup then?
