[EXPORT] Can I begin a project in Cloud's version and then export it to hosted OP?

Hello, 

So, we have an emergency project that must begin right away, but our developers can install OpenProject only next month. 

I'm wondering if we can start by using the Cloud based software, and then later export it so that we don't have to begin it all again when we have the hosted-by-ourselves version.
