403 error: you are not authorized to access this page

Hi,

A user I have assigned to be member in a project cannot access the work package. He gets the 403 error message. I checked for a similiar problem in the forum and found this: https://community.openproject.com/projects/openproject/work_packages/26558/activity
I am using the default member settings and checked. They show both "add work package" and "view work package" settings checked. Does anyone know why authorization is being denied? Thanks.

It sounds like you are doing everything right. It would be helpful if you posted screenshots of the relevant configurations, especially the "Roles and Permissions" for "Member".
