Create ticket from incoming mails

Added by Martin Eberle almost 6 years ago

Hello together

i am new to OpenProject, i use it on a local installation with Ubuntu Bionic 18.04 LTS.

I am looking for a way to create a ticket from incoming mail to a specific address in a project.

I've already found what I'm looking for:

https://github.com/varioous/openproject-ticket-system

Unfortunately there is no documentation on how to install the whole thing. Has anyone here in the community worked with it and could I get some tips on how to set it up? I also like to consider other possibilities.

Many thanks for the help

Martin Eberle
