is there feature that hierarchical work package's automatical status changing ?

for example, A ticket is prior to B ticket. B's progress is up to 70%, and B's status change NEW to IN PROGRESS. however  there is A ticket hierarchically prior to B, A's status does not change. but A's progess is automatically applied from B's progress.

Could you explain it for me?
