how can I customize work packages default query?

Hi, Im OpenProject beginner :-)

how deep could I customize work packages default query?

I have some scenario.

  1. when My OpenProject user clicks work package module then, first view is not DEFAULT VIEWS / All Open but specific PUBLIC VIEWS or FAVORITE VIEWS that I customize for my project member.
  2. could I customize Hierarchical view about work package's tickets? In detail, I made some ticket PHASE01 and then, TASK01 under PHASE01. when my openproject user clicks work package module then, first view is not TASK level but PHASE level. but there are Arrow select buttons that are ready to open TASK level.
  3. is It possible that project member (developer) modify not assignee about tickets but progress(%), status when specific member is assignee.
