Could I limit modifying tickets by role?

Hi, Im User of openproject.

I just wordered If I could limit modifying tickets by role.

there is scenario that I want below.

for example, B is member about project A. and C is Project Manager about project A.

C creates then ticket called PHASE01 only for C. so member B can see it but not modify this ticket's status, progress(%), relation, and etc...

furthermore there is some case that B cannot see it.

However, C creates ticket called PHASE01-task01 for everyone. so that member B can see and modify this.

make sense?
