Excel Import not showing up

I've used the doc on this page

 https://www.openproject.org/de/synchronize-excel-openproject/

to synchronize an existing project. I can download the tasks just fine. However if I try to upload them to a different project (on a different server) it seems to work and it says in the Status cell "200 OK" but there are no new tasks in the new project. I replicated the two projects basically one-to-one.

Another problem seems to be that the synchro stops after 20 rows.

This problem could be skipped altogether if there would be a nice way to migrate an existing server (Openproject 7.x, done with Bitnami on CentOS) but I've yet to find a way to successfully import the backed up database to a Bitnami Stack on Debian9 with OP 9.x.

Interestingly enough some of the imported tasks show up in another project which name wasnt use (in the examlpe scrum and demo project). What is going on?
