Can customs actions be configured to force specific fields to be filled out by the user

Added by Graham Higgins almost 6 years ago

Hi,

I have defined some custom actions and fields in my work packages. I would like to have one of my actions force the user to fill out some of my custom fields.

It looks like the custom actions allow you to populate fields with a specific value, but I don't see a way to either require the user to fill out the value, or check that the field has a value as part of the action.

I am using the action to change the status of the WP, and in this particular state I want a specific set of fields to be filled out by the user.

Any suggestions on how to do this ?

Graham
