I'm relatively new to using OpenProject, so please forgive me if this is an ignorant question.

The problem

I've created several projects in OpenProject, and then used the Members interface to add coworkers to the project. I, as the project administrator, can see the Backlogs menu item on the left, and can access it just fine. However, my coworkers who I've added aren't able to see it.

As a troubleshooting measure, I had my coworkers access the URL of the backlogs directly, like so: https://openproject.company.com/projects/project-name/backlogs. Doing this gives them a 403 Forbidden error screen.

I would like to know how my coworkers can access the backlogs.
