Hi, I have OpenProject set up for a few teams and projects and it's great, thanks for the powerful and well-thought product!
I'm using work package category to assign a specific kind of tasks to a specific person.
Currently one of the teams is growing, and we're introducing more people for the same roles. So now I'm looking for a way to notify all these people that there is a new work package, but the assignment should be done only when one of these people starts to work on a work package.
I was thinking it was possible to notify a group of people/assign to a group of people a specific work package category, but I can't find the way to do it.
Could you please point me out in the right direction?

Hi Nataly
Not sure what you exactly want to do. But in the System Settings in the Work package tracking tab you can choose to allow Assignments to groups. With this you are able to assign a work package to a whole group (of users). All members of the group receive a notification.
