currently the calendar displays only work packages and versions.
To display the estimated time for each person, we recommend to use the work package list. You can group by "Assignee", add the column "Estimated time" and save this as a view. You can find instructions on how to do this in the user guide.
Meetings by themselves cannot be shown in the work package list. OpenProject gives you however the option to create custom types. You could create a work package type "meeting" and create work packages of this type. You would however need to track them as separate work packages (their start and finish dates are not determined based on meetings).
