I have some dilema 

I want to give powers for members of project to edit some poles in workpackages (lets say tasks and milostones)  
but also need to prohibit possibility of change workpackage types 
so member should have right to edit inside notes of workpackages, change status of specifis workpackage types , 
but also shall be forbidden for them to change type of workpackage 

how should I configure roles in such case ? 

I use OP version 8.0.
