I've found bug in cost reports. User filed shows usorted, incomplete data.

Before upgrade was ok

Version: 8.3.1
DB: PostgreSQL 9.6

I'm new here, so I can't say with complete confidence that this is the correct protocol, but I believe you can report the bug directly as a Work Package.

I'm not familiar with the Cost Reports interface, but it seems to me that your description of the issue could be more complete. What steps are you taking that cause the bad behavior? What would the correct behavior be?
