New User Onboarding Tutorial

Hi,

When I have installed OpenProject firstly, it was showing a step by step onboarding tutorial to new users to describe how to use the features. Now it doesn't show that tutorial anymore. Is there any way to show it to all new users? Users are signing in through CAS SSO plugin. Is there a relation about it?
