Mass WP creation and/or Import WP list

Hi, I've an issue related to WP creation. Is there any way to mass-create WPs and/or import an Excel file to do so?

For instance, I've one project with 250 different WPs to monitor, and it would be great to be able to create 250 WPs at once.
