how to upgrade from 4.1 debian jessie

Hello,

i have openproject installed a few years ago on debian wheezy
so currenttly im running 
ii  openproject-ce                 4.1.3-1434559525.4f64f4a.wheezy    amd64        OpenProject Community Edition packaged by packager.io
currently im using deb https://deb.packager.io/gh/finnlabs/pkgr-openproject-community wheezy stable/4.1 repo but that seems to be down.
i already upgraded the machine to debian jessie,
How should i upgrade this to the latest version of openproject?
my plan is to also upgrade the machine to strech
