wiki link from left menu

Hi,

 Earlier my openproject installation when i created the projects with wiki enabled, when i clicked on wiki link in left menu, it didnt open new editable page. I can create new page from there. But after something changed and now when i click on wiki link, it opens an editable page which i dont want. What is the parameter to disable wiki link editable page.
